Quartz dust - the invisible death
Many more people die from quartz dust every year than in falling accidents - yet there is very little attention drawn to that and about what is one of the world’s oldest construction site problems. In this course, the participant gets good knowledge of what quartz dust is and how it occurs, how it affects the body, how to work preventively to minimize the risks and also how to use personal protective equipment to protect themselves.
